Review: We are happy with the end result but the process not only involved a lot of patience and extra unforeseen costs. Luckily we had Cynthia as a sales rep who put in a lot of extra time and effort to smooth things out.The Crystal Cabinetry was supposed to be the TOP of the line and the costliest….. well so many mistakes were made we were wondering if they ever had done a kitchen before…. As measurements were taken we were surprised that some of the cabinetry wouldn’t get through the doors ….so we had to remove a door and a window. Parts were missing or some cabinets were so badly designed the drawers wouldn’t fit in the cabinets….. The most frustrating thing is that after waiting a long time for the product to arrive ( reason was it’s all custom made…) we had to spend so much extra time and labour to get to the final result….

Review: Marie has been so helpful. We have used her to help design our kitchen and four of our bathrooms. Everything came together beautifully. They have several different lines of cabinets, everything from traditional to contemporary.

Review: I came to the Kitchen Store to purchase cabinets. I had no idea what I was doing for a Kitchen remodel for a new home. Cynthia explained the different cabinets, countertops and fielded all my novice questions in thorough detail. I purchased the cabinets and the delivery came on time without any hiccups. I didn’t know of any contractors that could install cabinets so Cynthia referred my to Kevin Lynch. Kevin is a very thorough and professional general contractor. He met with me, started demo and finished within 2 months at a reasonable cost while keeping me in the loop with a weekly detailed scope of work. We are now finished with our kitchen remodel and I could not be any happier. I am so thankful I had the pleasure to work with Cynthia and Kevin for our Kitchen remodel. If you are doing any remodeling, I’d highly recommend stoping by the Kitchen Store and asking for Cynthia.
