Review: I had water damage in the kitchen at my property in Santa Clarita. I contacted Overland Remodeling and met with Shahar. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I told him what I wanted and he took it from there. He gave great advice and suggestions. The kitchen came out beautiful. I will be using them in the future to have my patio done. I highly recommend this company.

Review: We bought a 1941 home and did a full interior rehab including moving walls around to dramatically reshape rooms, added a bathroom, new floors, full kitchen reno, etc. Shahar and his crews are punctual, detailed, precise, creative and helpful. Shahar helped us firm up our vision, achieve our objectives, and manage cost. The delivery of the work was excellent. Estimated time was 75 days (for a full gut!). We finished in 90 and that included some extra time to do additional work (like replacing ancient heat ducts while the ceiling was open). We’re 100% satisfied with our experience and would work with Shahar again without hesitation.

Review: Overdue review, but I wanted to leave 5 stars for Shahar and his team! Earlier this year, we needed to remove a load bearing wall between two rooms to open it up into a large room. Shahar was so nice and so professional from the beginning. Dealing with contractors is often not a great experience because you don’t know who you can trust or who would do a good job, there are lot’s of people after your money without actually solving your problem. But, I have to say, this is a guy you can absolutely trust with your project. He has such integrity from the little things I noticed throughout the project, and he always kept me up to date on progress. He’s on my list of go-to guys for home construction needs because once you find someone who does honest hard work, you can’t let them go in LA.
