Review: I guess I was one of those customers who received the poor effort and service so many of other customers talk about. It’s really disappointing this company calls themselves a quality contractor, that is not what you receive. I should have hired a day laborer to do this job for a tenth of the cost, now I am stuck with a 20k financed project with damages to repair. I should have known better when the project manager didn’t once make an effort to see my bathroom in person. Even before that, the sales lady was late once and didn’t even get proper measurements. Terrible company with little to no regard to their finished product. They sure are great at canned responses though to your problems, probably because they’re so used to having to deal with them!Update: October 2023Payless has done a great job to remediate some of the prior issues noted and even fixed the bathroom sink. I am very pleased with the latest work they completed so I’ve updated my review.

Review: After getting cash now for my structured settlement, I didn’t think I’d be able to remodel an entire kitchen through my computer.I live in Florida and bought my second house in Long Beach.Our project coordinator was Catherine and she gave me updates throughout the entire remodel using pictures and zoom. Thanks for being trustworthy. And thanks to Sean for the countertop design idea. We’re getting ready to do our bathroom with them now.
