Review: What a great local business. It was such a pleasure working with Ray. He was able to figure out a way to do a job that another home improvement store (the big orange one) wouldn’t touch. He let me take my time while we looked at a number of options for carpet and padding. You can tell just from talking to the guy that he knows the business and his product inside and out. Not only did he and his guys step up to the plate, but they did a great job installing in a challenging room. On top of all of that, he was great at handling some unforeseen obstacles that came up on installation day. The work was done professionally and I truly felt valued as a customer. I could not be happier and I would not hesitate to recommend The Floor Center to anyone looking to spruce up their home. Thanks you guys!Service: Install flooring

Review: We have a 500 square foot room that previously had carpet. We decided to replace the carpet with a wood floor.We are very happy that we went with Ray at The Floor Center.Prior to hiring The Floor Center, we checked out three different vendors, and decided to go with Ray at The Floor Center because we felt like he would stand behind the product and the bid was in-line with the other vendors.They had a very high sense of quality from the word “go”. They were always on time, and finished several days before the deadline, and on-budget.The crew worked really hard, arriving around 8am each day. They were very detail-oriented, and cleaned up very well after they were done.When we have to get the carpet torn out in another room, we will definitely be calling on Ray at The Floor Center to do this.Service: Wood floor installation

Review: I had an issue with my carpet, I contacted The Floor Center, the owner Robert immediately requested for me to forward picture, his team Benny and sons resolved the matter, they were on time, professional and respectfully and the work was complete to my satisfaction. Great Job!
